The Deep Work Interview and Site in Sixty are digital products delivered via access link. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with access instructions. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.
You may access and use these products for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access credentials with others.

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet started the interview. Once you have accessed and begun the interview, refunds are not available as the core value of the product has been delivered.

Refunds for Strategy Review Calls must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
